Technology and Internet Services
Hughesnet, the #1 provider of satellite Internet service in North and South America, has been my client for over 20 years. I've worked with them across three different agencies.

In 2025 I helped Hughesnet refine and optimize its email marketing program for cross-selling optional services to existing internet customers. With a diverse range of optional services including a VoIP-based home phone service, data tokens, Wi-Fi boosters, and Norton utilities and security applications, the project spanned eight emails per month.

For every email, I developed email themes, structure and messaging, wrote all of the copy, collaborated with team-members on both agency and client sides, and oversaw design, production and testing.
